Delivery of the Order

You can place an order online from 11:00 to 21:00.
To receive the Order, you must specify the phone number of Ukrainian telephone providers only (we cannot call back the Client who is not in Ukraine to the numbers of foreign operators).
When placing an Order, you can leave any comment.
The photo of the packaging presented on the website may differ from the actual packaging. For more accurate information, always pay attention to the actual packaging.
Please note! Our dishes are made from fresh certified products for consumption by healthy people. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that guests who are allergic to certain spices or plants will not be in our dishes. Therefore, we offer guests with such private specifics a separate note when choosing dishes. Allergens: Eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, honey.

Upon receipt of the order, you can always refuse any delivered goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights.
According to the Law of Ukraine, we will not be able to return excisable goods, such as alcoholic beverages.
According to the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection, the return of goods is possible only if the receipt and the damaged Goods are preserved.

The prices of goods in the online store are the same as in the establishment where your order is collected, but the basket is collected and passed through the cashier always on the day of delivery, so the actual amount of the order may differ if the price of the goods you have selected has changed.
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive a fiscal check from the Institution confirming the value of the goods.
You will be notified of the change in the price of the goods you have selected by SMS or phone call.
Prices and availability of goods in the establishment may change, so the actual amount of the order may differ, especially if you have chosen delivery for the next day. If the price changes by more than 5 UAH per item, or if the weight of the Goods sold by weight changes by more than +/- 200 grams from the specified weight in the order, the Administrator will inform you about it. The total amount of weighted goods may vary depending on the product itself and the peculiarities of its packaging in the establishment.

Courier delivery

Courier delivery involves delivering an order to the entrance of an apartment building or to the gate of a private house.
Delivery to the door of the apartment (apartment, etc.) is carried out for an additional fee of 5 UAH/floor.
The waiting time for the courier at your home is up to 10 minutes. If the courier exceeds the waiting time, the cost is 1 minute – 3 UAH.

Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered.
The courier is not our full-time employee, but provides courier services under a contract.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address.
The minimum cost of courier delivery in Ivano-Frankivsk is 29 UAH.
If the courier arrives at the client’s address twice within the same time window, the client pays for each delivery(the possibility is agreed individually).

The courier service reserves the right to cancel the order in case of impossibility of its delivery (floods, earthquakes, disasters, difficult traffic situation in the city, or if the address of the delivery point is located in an area that cannot be reached by car within a radius of 50 meters). In case of order cancellation, the Client may repeat the order on the website.
We reserve the right to inform Clients about the cancellation of orders by SMS (maximum 2 hours before the end of the selected delivery window).
If we are unable to contact you, the company reserves the right to reschedule your order to the next delivery window or cancel it.

In cash or at the terminal when receiving the collected basket, based on the total amount of the order by check.
Please check the correctness of the rest immediately in the presence of the courier.
By bank card: when paying online on the website.
By bank transfer: prepayment according to the invoice.
When paying for the order online on the website, the delivery cost is 29 UAH in the central part of the city, and 39 UAH outside the central part of the city within Ivano-Frankivsk.

Depending on the volume of your order and the categories of selected goods, your order will be packed in one or more packages(their cost is not added to your order).
During transportation, hot and warm dishes are kept in thermo-packages that maintain the temperature required for the food.
The recommended time for eating is 2 hours.
